Because our shorts are worn as intimate apparel, we do not offer refunds. This helps us protect the hygiene and safety of every member of our community.

First Pair Fit Promise

If your first pair does not feel quite right, first-time customers can request a one-time size exchange.

How it works:

• Request your exchange within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We will cover all exchange shipping costs.
